"My biggest advice would be to stay curious - ask questions, explore things that interest you, and don’t be afraid to try something new. Some of the best opportunities come from stepping outside your comfort zone. It’s also really important to be resilient and keep going when things don’t quite work out the first time. That persistence makes a huge difference. I’m a great example of that myself - I’d never worked in an in-house Talent Acquisition role before joining Phoenix, but they recognised the transferable skills I could bring and gave me the chance. I took a leap, tried something new, and I haven’t looked back since."
