It's completely natural to feel nervous about the role play element of the interview, but please don't worry. The exercise is simply designed to give you the opportunity to demonstrate how you would approach a realistic situation that you may encounter in the role.
The interviewers aren't looking for a perfect answer. They're interested in seeing how you communicate, build relationships, ask questions, assess the situation, and arrive at a solution. Think of it as a conversation where you can showcase your experience, judgement, and approach. If anything isn't clear during the exercise, it's absolutely fine to ask questions or clarify details, just as you would in a real working environment.
Most importantly, be yourself and focus on your thought process rather than trying to provide the "right" answer.
