    Hi Vicky
It can vary depending on your manager and the type of work being undertaken. In my experience feedback tends to be a blend of direct responses to updates or pieces or work alongside more proactive feedback that can come through from wider stakeholder conversations.

Development conversations have varied across my previous managers. This has been weekly 1:1s where development was a standing (optional) agenda point while my current manager prefers a longer monthly 1:1. In all cases there's flexibility to raise development topics when useful and the overall agenda tends to be driven by myself. The expectation that we drive the 1:1 has helped push these types of conversations forward and I can be more proactive about the topic and detail of discussion.
