Key Experience
My career has been a bit of a plot twist: from being an environmental scientist to becoming a communications specialist, helping thousands of colleagues across various multinational companies make sense of change. I've worked in some of the UK's biggest financial institutions translating strategy, transformation and corporate jargon into conversations people actually want to have. Think equal parts storyteller, problem-solver and vibe-setter.
Current Position
I now work with a team of amazing colleagues who look after what we call 'the colleague deal', essentially the give and get relationship between colleagues and the business. In simple terms I help make sure we're delivering on what matters most to our people while creating the kind of experience that makes them want to stay, grow and thrive.
Main Motivation
Life is too short for work to be something we simply endure! I'm motivated by creating experiences, cultures and conversations that make people feel their time at work has purpose, meaning and impact.
