Thanks for the question, two key motivators for me are:
The deliver change programmes that mean the company is stronger, takes care of customers better and is operating more efficiently
To provide opportunities for my team to develop themselves and their careers - I get so much satisfaction from seeing my team grow.

Hi Claire,
Great question!  For me, it is the fact that I can see clearly the impact on what I do has on both our business & customers.
It's is recurring theme here at Standard Life that we put customers at the heart of what we do, but we also take pride in understanding how what we do impacts our customers and the business.
This is one of the many things that helps us to continue our work with drive and passion.  The work is interesting, challenging, but also meaningful!  I know exactly why I am doing the tasks and projects that I do, and how they contribute to the whole.
