I can see and understand you have found it inspiring where the space is provided for you to learn new skills and gain knowledge in a measurable way. Can your learning experience be improved, if so what do you suggest?

I've had a really positive learning experience so far, particularly because there's a genuine focus on helping colleagues build new skills and track their development. The recent launch of our fantastic Skills Hub is a great example of this, bringing learning resources, development tools, learning pathways, mentoring opportunities and practical guidance together in one place, making it easier for colleagues to take ownership of their growth.

If I could improve one thing, it would be creating even more opportunities for practical, hands-on learning alongside formal training. For example, increased opportunities to shadow experienced colleagues, listen to and review real customer interactions, take part in role-play scenarios, work through real-life case studies, and participate in short-term cross-team placements would help bring learning to life and build confidence more quickly.

The combination of structured learning through resources like the Skills Hub and real-world experience would make development even more engaging, helping colleagues apply new skills in their day-to-day roles and prepare for future opportunities.
