Standard Life takes Diversity & Inclusion incredibly seriously, as it doesn’t just matter for or within or organisation, but is a reflection of our customers and the communities we serve. We fully embrace our differences, as they make us stronger as an organisation and help us to better serve and understand our customers, and each other.
We pride ourselves on being a "Bring your WHOLE SELF to work' organisation in whatever format that may take.
As well as the various sports and social networks we have, we have a multitude of Employee Networks aimed at promoting and sharing individual perspectives and outlooks, which are open to ALL Standard Life employees to build on and celebrate our diversity, and make sure everyone is included. As I said earlier, this is a small snapshot of the company & Employee Networks that we have in place, but goes to show that it is the differences that make us great!
